RE/MAX Alliance Colorado Real Estate

Don Martin

I moved from Minnesota to Denver to be part of the exciting growth and development in the area but fell in love with this beautiful area and its’ people. My fiancé, Trina, a lifetime Coloradoan loves showing me “her” state. We have made our home in Castle Rock, where we attend Castle Oaks Covenant Church. I am also proudly involved in the Colorado Patriot Guard, Legion Riders and the Sons of the American Legion. I also serve on the Douglas County Veterans Monument Foundation board.

I've been very blessed with four amazing children and I'm extremely proud to be called their Dad... it's the best job I've ever had. Together we have enjoyed sports, 4-H, FFA, rodeo, trail riding and camping with our horses. These activities not only helped shape them but the best part is spending quality time together.

I continue to love rodeo. I am on the board of the Elizabeth Stampede Rodeo and an Associate Committeeman of the Days of 76 Rodeo in Deadwood, SD. I'm also the National Youth Outreach Director for the Association of Rodeo Committees and hold my PRCA Gold Card awarded for over 20 years of rodeo committee service.

Transitioning from a career in construction and home improvement, both as a worker and owner, I bring extensive knowledge to the real estate business. Along with my knowledge in home construction, my excellent communication and organizational skills will be an asset to your home buying and selling process.

I specialize in residential real estate, land, ranchettes and hobby farms. The ultimate reward, for me, is to sell your home in a timely manner or to find you the home of your dreams. I also serve those who serve our country as a Military Relocation Professional.

I am dedicated to solving problems and getting results. I understand that the process of buying or selling a home can be a stressful and exciting time for you, whether it's your first or tenth real estate transaction. Having an agent who puts you first, and is there to take care of all the details that pop up during a real estate transaction, is priceless.
